The Magic of Lily Dust......
Sketching one night....beneath a vase of Lilies
I didn't think twice
Morning came..and Lily Dust had fallen on my sketch
so I gently smeared it in....
and named her
L I L I A N
A Beautiful Yellow Glow... like an aura surrounds her now..
L I L I A N

The philosopher..poet..painter..
he spoke to me in the deep hours of night..
as I read poetry from another time..
I felt compelled to draw..and there he appeared
Nature Wizard, Elven Spirit

An Earth Maze-Portal beginning to surface..
must work on that!
A Pinecone Crown Chakra
Winged Tree-Branches Woven together
holding Orbs of Light from the Ancient Forest

I admire again! What a beautiful woman created from the essence of lily. The flower is bottomless inspiration. And the new painting in progress - such a bright, warm colors - the caress for the eyes and soul.

Oh Victoria, you are so good to begin to sketch when you feel these wonderful beings emerge. The drawings are gorgeous. I think Lilian is very beautiful. The face is particularly amazing. She has such a spark to her. Her name fits her personality wonderfully well.
I am loving seeing your drawings as well as your paintings... the crow is so full of movement in those lines... and the tonal work in your drawings makes them come to beautiful life... xx

I found I was very drawn to Lillian
especially. Lillies are my favourite
flower and when my Mother passed
my house was filled with lillies
that people had sent.
I also have a great affinity for crows and owls, they both seem so
magical to me.
