She was painted after a vision-dream experience
I had a few weeks back ..
I had a few weeks back ..
traveling inside this beautiful space
finding my way through a sacred labyrinth
Like a giant Vessel, then entering a Cosmic Womb..
I swam upward..out of a mosaic-seed- dome
( I could feel the Seeds-pieces with my hands..
& made my way to the top through water..
till I came to an Circular Opening)
and surfaced to a Beautiful New World
..like Birth
It was magical.
Part of my spirit seems to be in this place for now..
Creating with this new energy.

they give a lovely underglow
and tone that seeps through

Lovely start for your WIP projects, Victoria. The peachy glow is different and gives a certain warmth to the paintings. Becoming new has some gorgeous colors. I can't wait to see how that one grows.

I love seeing the layers of colors you use when conjuring your painted friends and to see them transform it reminds me of the depth and nuances that go into the birthing of art that comes from the heart. You're also masterful when it comes to composition--so to see the stages of development also highlights the way you organize the story on the canvas.
