Three Blackbirds break through the canvas
perched on rocks..

recognize them..
An Iris appears...rising up from the earth
Color begins to flow
green vapors and mists of creation encircle me

All carry powers and gifts..
Nature has brought healing to my life
many times..
The Blackbirds called me
to the window

and the flowers pulled me out
into the Sun

Loving your birds as I've been wanting to draw/paint a bird for a long time, just didn't dare to try it yet!
And I've also always love pen and ink work, it was the first thing I try on for drawing.
