Parasols and Umbrellas
have always intrigued me...
They have often apeared in my dreaming world..
Even loved ones across the veil
are carrying them..
I have an Umbrella that used to belong to my Grandmother
and it means alot to me...
It has been a constant symbol in my waking and dreaming world..
passing through worlds and veils with the magic of a parasol!
I love Parasols and Umbrellas..
They seem Magical to me
...Protective..Comforting

You couldn't have chosen a better title for your painting. Juliette intrigues me. She seems all dressed up for cold weather, I like her mitains and the white spots here and there suggesting snow.
I would love to possess an umbrella such as Juliette's.

True, this lady of the umbrella use colors more bright and cheerful does perhaps your are in very good time in life?. I really like also the last has a lot of movement.

Your new paintings and umbrella are beautiful. I love the elegance of that parasol that Juliet is holding. She looks ready to step into some exciting new adventure, although perhaps just a mite hesitant. Most of us hesitate, at least a little, before stepping into the unknown. Your colors are vibrant and gorgeous. I had a parasol when I was very young. i remember the great aunt who gave it to me warned me that it was for sun, not rain.

it is the thought, or the feel of the parasol, that counts...
