For now she is wonderful to sit near and reflect upon..

She sits on a large sized easel that belonged to my mother..

it is special to me.

When it is time to complete the Faery Queen..I shall reveal her again!

Lady Greensleeves

Lady Greensleeves

She is still on the easel...I am working on her clothes..and pale green sleeves...

I have enjoyed the vibrant colors in this piece

and her long red hair..

(I always wanted red hair!)

She feels like a blending of different energies and ideas...

of different women "in one"

 but the strongest one speaks...so for now..

she is called the Lady Greensleeves.

She also seems to be appearing in another one of my paintings of a woman in the water..

I'll share at another time.

I have always loved the song Lady Greensleeves

 and the stories behind it and all the history.

Lady Greensleeves captures my heart.

In this painting..there seems to be something more

that she wants to reveal..I hope she shows me.

A Dragonfly adorns this Wizard's head

A White Moth dangles on the edge of his Conical Hat.

Both the Dragonfly and Moth lending their Magic.

He wears a magical Moonstone Ring

and He dangles a golden pocket-watch like a Pendulum

searching for a portal..

A Powerful Crow..grey and ancient

has traveled with him on all his journeys

He carries a Red Heart in his chest...(he was once human).
